1. Service Overview

AmiCalls provides scheduled companionship phone calls focused on meaningful conversation, connection, and consistency around the goals, routines, relationships, and interests that matter to each member.

AmiCalls is not a medical, mental health, emergency response, or crisis intervention service.
 

2. Membership

Membership includes scheduled calls based on the plan selected. Conversations are personalized and may build on previous calls, allowing AmiCalls to better understand each member's interests, goals, routines, and life experiences.
 

3. Scheduling

Calls are scheduled in advance at an agreed-upon time. AmiCalls will call the phone number provided by the member.

If the first call is not answered, a second and final attempt will be made within five minutes. If neither call is answered, the call is considered missed.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling whenever possible. Missed calls or late cancellations may not be rescheduled.
 

4. Billing & Cancellation

The First Conversation is a one-time charge. Membership plans are billed monthly using the payment method provided at enrollment.

By subscribing, members authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation. Membership may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
 

5. Emergencies

AmiCalls is not continuously monitored and should never be relied upon during an emergency. For immediate assistance, call 911 or your local emergency services.
 

6. Privacy

Information shared during calls is treated respectfully and confidentially.

AmiCalls may keep conversation notes about members' interests, goals, routines, preferences, and important life updates to personalize future calls and maintain continuity.

Software tools, including artificial intelligence, may be used to help organize these notes. Member interactions remain overseen by the AmiCalls team.

Member information will not be shared with third parties except when required by law, reasonably necessary to protect someone's safety, or with the member's permission.
 

7. Respectful Communication

AmiCalls is built on kindness and mutual respect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward our team.
 

8. Changes

AmiCalls may update its pricing, membership features, or these terms. Members will be notified before changes to their recurring membership price take effect.

By enrolling in or using AmiCalls, members agree to these terms.
